A defense technology company is seeking a hands-on Senior Hardware Engineer to own PCB development from architecture and component selection through production release. - Own board-development projects from electrical system definition and schematic design through PCB layout, production transfer, bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation
- Lead schematic and layout reviews across digital, mixed-signal, RF, and power domains
- Collaborate with mechanical, embedded software, and systems engineers during design, integration, and testing
- Serve as a technical focal point for PCB design
- Contribute to embedded software, RF system-level work, and other broader technical initiatives

- At least 6 years of relevant hardware engineering experience
- Proven experience delivering PCB designs from concept through production
- Extensive hands-on PCB layout experience with professional ECAD tools
- Strong digital and mixed-signal design fundamentals
- Experience with USB, Ethernet, MIPI, and CAN bus interfaces
- Basic RF circuit design and RF PCB layout, including controlled impedance, matching networks, grounding, and shielding
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to independently drive rapid board iterations and collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers
