Own the architecture, analysis, experimentation, validation, and product realization of advanced electro-optic sensing systems.

- Own electro-optic system architecture and performance
- Model and simulate systems and validate results empirically
- Lead tradeoff analysis across optics, illumination, sensing, algorithms, and hardware
- Identify technical risks and develop validation plans
- Design, execute, and analyze laboratory and in-vehicle experiments
- Investigate system failures, performance limitations, and unexpected behavior
- Translate product objectives into measurable technical requirements and engineering tasks
- Incorporate mass-production considerations into product research and development
דרישות
- MSc or PhD in electrical engineering or physics with an electro-optics focus, or a BSc with significant relevant industry experience
- Deep theoretical and hands-on experience with electro-optic systems, components, laboratory equipment, and experimental methods
- Experience with system-level tradeoff analysis, physical modeling, and experimental validation
- Track record of developing complex electro-optic systems from feasibility studies and proof of concept through product development
- Strong Python programming skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and work effectively under uncertainty

- Experience with structured-light systems, VCSELs, EELs, or diffractive optical elements
- Experience with imaging systems, CMOS sensors, optics, and camera calibration
- Experience with laser-based remote sensing, speckle vibrometry, or interferometry
- Experience with signal and image processing
