Lead end-to-end electronic hardware development for advanced defense systems, from requirements definition and design through testing, production transfer, and operational deployment.

- Own the full electronic hardware development lifecycle, including requirements, design, simulations, testing, production transfer, and deployment.
- Lead failure investigations and environmental testing, including EMC/EMI, vibration, thermal shock, and reliability testing.
- Coordinate with systems, mechanical, software, FPGA, integration, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.
- Manage performance, cost, weight, power consumption, and schedule targets.
- Provide technical leadership to hardware engineers and collaborate with system teams and customers.
- Lead design reviews, risk management, and engineering decisions.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and technology partners in Israel and abroad.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience developing hardware from requirements definition through mass production.
- At least 3 years of experience managing development teams in a matrix environment.
- Strong technical capabilities.
- High-level Hebrew and English.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- M.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience writing specifications, requirements documents, and test documentation.
- Experience in the defense or space industries.
- Experience designing electronic architectures with a strong system-level perspective.
