Lead the development of automated test equipment for RF, digital and mixed-signal products, from test-system architecture and strategy through production deployment and support.

- Design and develop ATE for RF, digital and mixed-signal products at board and system levels.
- Define and implement test strategies with R&D, product engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Analyze schematics, block diagrams and interface requirements to develop reliable test solutions.
- Troubleshoot production test failures and improve yield and throughput.
- Guide integration with software, firmware control and automation systems.
- Select test instruments, fixtures and measurement methods based on product specifications.
- Maintain test-system design files, calibration procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Mentor engineers and technicians in ATE methods, operation and maintenance.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; a practical engineer qualification with strong, proven experience will also be considered.
- At least 10 years of experience in ATE development, technical problem-solving and production-line support.
- Expertise in RF and digital hardware design and testing.
- Strong understanding of system-level architecture, schematics and block diagrams.
- Experience with RF instruments such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs and signal generators, as well as digital oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks.
