Lead the technical direction and execution of a full-stack engineering team building a highly scalable, cloud-native email security platform for global customers.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
- Drive technical architecture, execution, delivery, and engineering standards.
- Lead the design and development of AI-powered developer tools and engineering productivity solutions.
- Guide prompt and context engineering practices and AI capability development.
- Conduct code reviews and promote software quality and best practices.
- Improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Customer Success, customers, and engineering teams.
- Track technology trends and drive innovation across the team.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including experience as a Tech Lead or leading technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python or another backend programming language.
- Expertise in AWS and high-scale production environments.
- Strong system design and software architecture skills.
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and production troubleshooting.
- Ability to lead cross-team and organization-wide technical initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Angular, React, or Vue, or leading full-stack development.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and building AI-based capabilities.
