Lead a small software development team in a web environment while remaining hands-on in building a real-time operational platform.

תחומי אחריות

  • Lead the team's day-to-day technical work while actively developing software.
  • Build scalable backend services using a microservices architecture.
  • Apply AI tools across coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and development productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product, System Engineering, Project Managers, QA, and R&D stakeholders.
  • Support operational systems in Israel and abroad, responding to incidents and meeting SLA requirements.

דרישות

  • 2–5 years of experience as a software development team leader.
  • Strong hands-on software development background and web development experience.
  • Experience developing microservices-based systems.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code.
  • Strong backend development experience with C#/.NET or Java.
  • Understanding of software architecture, design principles, and modern development practices.

יתרון

  • Strong C#/.NET experience; Java experience will also be considered.
  • React experience.
