Build and scale enterprise procurement software, owning features end to end while shaping product direction, architecture, and engineering practices. Work closely with the CTO and use AI tools as part of day-to-day development.

- Architect, build, and deploy scalable features across the full stack.
- Shape product direction and technical vision in response to user needs.
- Build interfaces and backend systems for AI procurement agents and data structures.
- Own a portion of the codebase end to end and use AI tools in development.
- Establish engineering practices and contribute to team culture.
- Work with the CTO on scaling procurement solutions and help mentor peers.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Track record of architecting and shipping complex full-stack applications from scratch.
- Strong Python skills and experience designing scalable APIs.
- Strong command of React and modern frontend development, with attention to user experience.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and translate business goals into technical execution.

- Experience with LLM integrations and agentic workflows, or strong eagerness to develop in these areas.
- Experience using AI-native developer tools.
