- Build and operate production-grade full-stack applications.
- Develop backend services with Java and Spring Boot, and frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Design APIs and distributed or service-oriented systems.
- Work with SQL databases, including transactions, concurrency, caching, and schema migrations.
- Design frontend architecture, component systems, state management, asynchronous flows, and API integrations.
- Integrate commercial or self-hosted LLMs into production applications.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across services and application layers.
- Modernize existing systems through incremental improvements.
- Maintain high standards for testing, code quality, observability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly and validate their output.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical teams; own technical decisions and contribute to product thinking.

- Deep production experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong professional experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience building and operating full-stack applications in production.
- Knowledge of frontend architecture, component design, state management, asynchronous flows, and API integration.
- Experience designing and operating distributed or service-oriented systems, including API evolution, compatibility, and versioning.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, transactions, locking, concurrency, caching, and schema migrations.
- Ability to diagnose complex production behavior across services and application layers.
- Experience integrating a commercial or self-hosted LLM into a substantial application.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools with rigorous review and validation.
- High standards for testing, code quality, observability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Ability to modernize existing systems through incremental, low-risk changes.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and product judgment.

- Experience with speech recognition, real-time audio, speaker diarization or recognition, or multimedia pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift, Helm, and Docker.
- Familiarity with SRE practices, production monitoring, incident analysis, and capacity planning.
- Experience with C#/.NET and WPF.
