- Design AI-agent orchestration systems with context packages, verification gates, and parallel execution
- Deliver production features across React front ends, Java services, GraphQL APIs, and containerized infrastructure
- Create and distribute reusable workflows, prompts, and developer tooling
- Maintain automated test coverage, build validation, code quality, and edge-case handling
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and written guidance
- Benchmark AI models and development tools and share findings with the team
- Own feature delivery from implementation through testing and deployment
דרישות
- At least 4 years of production software development experience with both Java and React
- Advanced daily use of AI coding tools and agentic workflows
- Strong automated testing, validation, and defensive coding practices
- Product sense and ability to anticipate edge cases
- End-to-end ownership of building, testing, and deploying software
- Enterprise engineering discipline with security-conscious, review-ready code
- Comfort troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions
