Join an Israeli technology services organization as a Senior Full-Stack Developer working on advanced, mission-critical software systems. The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture, mentoring, and engineering process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position.

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced full-stack software systems.
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions.
- Develop across frontend, backend, databases, integrations, and infrastructure-related areas.
- Mentor junior developers and raise the team’s technical capabilities.
- Improve code quality, testing standards, development processes, and delivery speed.
- Deliver integrations with existing and legacy systems.
- Promote software architecture, clean code, testing, observability, and maintainability practices.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
דרישות
- At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
- Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with complex integrations and legacy systems.
- Experience with event-driven development and distributed system design.
- Strong testing experience, including unit, component, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to mentor developers, lead technical discussions, and establish high engineering standards.
- Strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to work in complex, mission-critical environments.
