- At least 4 years of full-stack development experience
- At least 2 years of recent hands-on .NET Core development experience
- Proficiency in C#, Angular, MSSQL, Entity Framework, RabbitMQ, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Familiarity with the financial industry, including capital markets, trading systems, clearing, or settlement
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
