Lead hands-on development of enterprise AI products across the full technology stack. The role combines application engineering, architecture, technical planning, mentoring, and collaboration with Product and Design teams.

  • Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
  • Integrate generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications
  • Design and optimize schemas for traditional and vector databases
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical planning
  • Maintain code quality through testing and engineering best practices
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews, one-to-ones, and knowledge sharing
  • Translate product requirements into technical specifications with Product and Design teams
  • Reduce technical debt and lead proactive refactoring
  • Define coding standards, pull-request review processes, and documentation practices

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
  • At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or technical lead
  • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization
