Lead a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in the codebase and owning end-to-end development of a core product in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

תחומי אחריות

  • Own the product’s development from end to end.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 engineers while contributing to the codebase daily.
  • Design and develop new features.
  • Plan the product roadmap.
  • Define engineering standards, design methodologies, coding conventions, and code review practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of experience as a software team lead.
  • Proven experience building frontend and backend components for multi-service systems.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Solid experience with VueJS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

יתרון

  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Experience with MongoDB or a similar NoSQL data store.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
