  • Shape priorities, scope features, and make product decisions for a line of AI solutions.
  • Build interfaces, backend services, integrations, and AI agents.
  • Own releases, evaluations, reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Identify reusable patterns and develop shared platform capabilities with the Platform team.
  • Use adoption, feedback, and results to guide product improvements.
  • Work with the founding team on product direction, technology choices, and engineering practices.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including production full-stack applications.
  • Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python skills.
  • Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM applications and agent workflows.
  • Experience evaluating and improving AI quality, including tool use and structured outputs.
  • Strong product judgment and experience taking features or products from concept to launch.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear priorities and working software.
