Develop and improve the interaction layer between organizational AI solutions, language models, and enterprise knowledge. The role combines prompt engineering, context management, RAG, conversational design, and evaluation with hands-on full-stack development of AI components and supporting tools.

- Design, write, test, and optimize prompts and system instructions for organizational assistants and AI agents.
- Manage context, conversational memory, dialogue structure, and information passed to models.
- Build and improve RAG workflows, including chunking, metadata, embeddings, retrieval, and reranking.
- Work with vector databases and organizational knowledge sources to improve retrieval relevance and accuracy.
- Investigate model response failures, analyze root causes, and improve prompts, context, retrieval, or agent design.
- Collaborate with AI leadership, developers, information security, and business units to translate needs into effective AI behavior.
- Develop backend components and API services connecting AI solutions with models, databases, and organizational services.
- Build internal interfaces and tools for testing, operations, knowledge management, evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Create end-to-end proofs of concept and applications, from prototypes through handoff for production development.
- Document standards, best practices, and methods for consistent LLM use, accounting for quality, privacy, security, and usage costs.

- Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience managing context, designing conversational flows, and building solutions using organizational knowledge.
- Practical familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience defining evaluation processes and measuring and improving model response quality.
- Practical experience with Python and API integrations.
- Full-stack development experience, particularly Python backend development and REST APIs.
- Ability to plan and implement end-to-end solutions spanning user interfaces, backend services, databases, and model or agent integration.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to experimentation.
- Business understanding and ability to translate business needs into instructions, context, and success metrics.

- Frontend web development with JavaScript or TypeScript and a framework such as React.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern development environments.
