  • Design and build deterministic workflows that agents can create, refine, and execute reliably
  • Develop secure plugin, tool, channel, and skill integrations
  • Implement secrets isolation, rollback, audit trails, and approval gates
  • Identify agent failure modes and build systems to observe, evaluate, and control them
  • Work directly with the founder on product and technical decisions

דרישות

  • Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and reliability
  • Production engineering experience
  • Demonstrated ability to independently turn vague problems into working software
  • Strong judgment about model permissions, failure modes, observability, and secure execution
  • Deep interest in autonomous agents and how to make them dependable

  • Production experience with LLM tooling and tool use
  • Experience with sandboxing and evaluation systems
