A principal-level hands-on engineer will lead 0-to-1 product initiatives, translating advanced AI and security capabilities into customer-ready products. The role combines architecture, coding, technical client leadership, and product strategy within a dedicated product pod.

- Architect, build, and launch greenfield products through initial design partners.
- Create tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept for prospective clients.
- Lead high-stakes technical deep dives and whiteboarding sessions with engineering teams.
- Resolve complex technical objections during customer engagements.
- Shape technical roadmaps and integration specifications with product and pod leadership.
- Validate architecture against early-adopter needs.
- Identify automation opportunities that reduce delivery cost and time to market.
- Provide hands-on engineering support to resolve critical pod bottlenecks and meet major deadlines.
דרישות
- At least 8 years of experience as a former CTO, technical co-founder, principal engineer, or staff engineer.
- Demonstrated success shipping complex software systems from scratch.
- Advanced hands-on coding and system design skills.
- Strong exposure to modern AI practices such as agentic workflows, red-teaming, or trust and safety infrastructure.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect technical opportunities with customer needs and revenue potential.
- Exceptional communication skills with external technical executives, principal engineers, and research leaders.
- Pragmatic, autonomous, low-ego approach to fast-paced 0-to-1 product development.
