Lead the design and implementation of scalable generative AI solutions for global client projects, using Python, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agent frameworks, and managed cloud services.

- Lead the development of robust, efficient, and scalable Python applications.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and project methodologies.
- Design and implement GenAI systems using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and vector databases.
- Design APIs, services, modules, and modular architectures that support REST communication and reusable agent components.
- Analyze computational requirements and develop solutions for complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Monitor AI protocols and standards and ensure their correct application.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and approaches across the generative AI landscape.
דרישות
- At least 8 years of backend development experience.
- Deep knowledge of generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and modern deployment architectures.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid authorization to work in Israel.
- Strong experience with Python and backend engineering best practices.
- Experience designing services, modules, APIs, and modular folder structures for REST API communication and agent-based systems.
- Hands-on experience implementing and integrating GenAI tools and solutions.
- Proficiency with relevant technologies including LangChain, PySpark, LlamaIndex, vector databases, knowledge graphs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Git, Docker, SQL, FastAPI, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Pydantic.
- Experience with managed services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with LangGraph, PydanticAI, or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience with additional cloud AI services and modern GenAI tools.
