- Develop, test, and improve AI-powered features and workflows
- Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and approaches for practical applications
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Experiment with emerging AI and agentic technologies
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools through projects, academic work, freelance work, or professional experience
- Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenAI tools, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies
- Professional-level English
- Strong problem-solving, learning, communication, ownership, and self-learning abilities

- Python for automation, scripting, or data manipulation
- Experience creating AI benchmarks and evaluating model outputs
- Knowledge of hallucination prevention and AI reliability methods
