- Identify and automate high-impact manual workflows across sales and marketing using LLMs, autonomous agents, and APIs.
- Translate growth initiatives into functional AI-powered internal tools.
- Design and build data pipelines and workflow automations for SDR and marketing teams.
- Own the development lifecycle of internal growth tools, from prototyping and testing through production deployment and iteration.
- Partner with finance, marketing, and sales stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable AI systems.
- Establish ROI models and best practices for AI-driven processes.
דרישות
- 1–2 years of experience in GTM engineering, business technology, or solutions engineering.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and APIs to business problems.
- Ability to write prototype or production code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Working knowledge of databases and security best practices.
- Experience with modern developer and automation tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, or Glean.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of end-to-end execution.

- Familiarity with modern go-to-market platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Pocus.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Ability to adapt communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
