- Build and maintain monitored ingestion pipelines for high-volume health and consumer data feeds.
- Apply LLMs and machine learning to parse, normalize, classify, and match data.
- Develop versioned features, embeddings, and retrieval systems for models and agents.
- Create evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and performance metrics.
- Build backend services and internal engineering tools.
- Assess data quality, identify useful signals, and turn data assets into products.
- Translate product, client, and compliance requirements into production systems.

- 2–3 years of software engineering experience, including data science, machine learning modeling, and production data systems.
- Experience building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning or data science models in production.
- Hands-on experience delivering LLM capabilities and using AI-focused development workflows.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and lakehouse architectures using Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Experience with AWS services including Glue, EMR, Athena, or Iceberg.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD, Docker, workflow orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
- Ability to own production systems across architecture, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
