A growing global consumer products company is seeking a hands-on designer to create brand-led visual experiences across digital marketing channels. The role combines branding, campaign design, UX/UI, motion graphics, and short-form video.

- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for lifestyle and consumer brands.
- Create visual content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Design assets for websites, social media, newsletters, and paid advertising.
- Design engaging UX/UI experiences focused on engagement and conversion.
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content for social and paid channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams on digital assets and creative projects.
- Mentor and support junior digital designers.

- At least 3 years of experience designing for lifestyle or consumer product brands.
- Portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and motion or video work.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and development requirements.
- Strong creative thinking, visual attention to detail, and understanding of brand consistency.
