Lead the company’s visual direction and in-house creative team across exhibitions, events, artist branding, publications, campaigns, digital experiences, and print. Develop AI-enabled studio workflows and collaborate with marketing, curatorial, event, product, and merchandising teams.

- Set artistic direction for the company’s studio and manage the brand’s visual identity.
- Lead and mentor in-house designers and content creators, providing actionable feedback and training colleagues on company standards.
- Develop and oversee campaigns from concept through execution across digital, social, email, video, print, and in-person experiences.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into visual concepts and clear design briefs.
- Create and oversee design assets for exhibitions, events, books, magazines, artist branding, UI/UX, and artwork offered by the company or artists.
- Explore and integrate AI design tools to improve studio workflows and creative assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, curatorial, event, performance, product, and merchandising teams, as well as colleagues and suppliers worldwide.
- Maintain consistency across brand assets while adapting to different artistic styles.

- At least 7 years of design experience working with a creative team in marketing, advertising, media, or publishing.
- Expert knowledge of professional AI creative tools and experience developing AI-enabled workflows.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong typography skills.
- Experience in photo and video art direction, animation, or motion graphics.
- Experience with paid social and knowledge of platform best practices.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
