An enterprise software company is seeking a Senior SQL Database Administrator to manage Microsoft SQL Server environments, develop and optimize databases, and improve the performance, stability, and scalability of a mission-critical platform in Tel Aviv.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Write complex SQL queries and tune database performance.
- Monitor SQL Server environments and analyze execution plans.
- Diagnose and resolve CPU, deadlock, locking, blocking, and timeout issues.
- Support database stability, scalability, and performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, systems, and support teams.
דרישות
- At least 6 years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA.
- Experience with SQL development, database maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Strong ability to write complex queries and tune database performance.
- Deep knowledge of data structures, indexing strategies, Service Broker, and SQL Server architecture.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving high CPU utilization, deadlocks, locks, blocking, and timeouts.
- Experience with SQL Server monitoring and performance analysis tools.
- Ability to analyze and optimize execution plans.
- Good written and reading English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-learning abilities.
