A growing startup is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to lead reporting and dashboarding end to end, transform raw data into business insights and recommendations, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data engineering teams.

- Own reporting and dashboard development from end to end.
- Convert raw data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain data models.
- Define BI events and work with digital data sources.
- Analyze marketing funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data engineering teams.
- Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
דרישות
- At least 4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery, Presto, or other large databases and data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool, such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience building data models, defining BI events, and working with digital data sources including Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and key performance indicators.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience with B2C products is mandatory.
