  • Lead BI solutions from business requirements gathering through development, implementation, and adoption
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users
  • Build advanced data models and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Lead the migration from QlikView to Power BI

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in information solution design
  • Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience working with business stakeholders from requirements gathering through implementation
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects across business and technical teams
  • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value

יתרון

  • Experience maintaining QlikView models and reports
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
  • Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience with data platform migration, modernization, or greenfield projects
  • Familiarity with AI and Copilot tools for analytics and data
