Lead advanced cybersecurity research, SOC command and control, threat intelligence, and the establishment of a Cyber Center. The role is based primarily in Tel Aviv, with weekly attendance in Be’er Sheva and occasional travel to Jerusalem.

- Lead advanced technology research and derive insights from big data.
- Manage the cybersecurity command, monitoring, and control domain.
- Establish and oversee a Cyber Center, including direct and indirect management of managers and employees.
- Lead SOC change management, strategic partnerships, measurement practices, and data programs.
- Develop the threat intelligence approach for situational awareness and decision support.
- Define defense strategies, policies, procedures, and methodologies for routine and emergency operations.
- Lead organizational change across the cybersecurity workforce.
דרישות
- At least five years of experience performing responsibilities relevant to the role.
- Proven experience establishing and leading a SOC or threat intelligence operation.
- Proven ability to lead significant organizational change.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer-related fields, exact sciences, or technological engineering; alternatively, a computer or technology practical-engineer qualification, at least 400 hours of professional cybersecurity training, or relevant technological experience from a military or security organization.
- Willingness to work overtime and during non-standard hours.
- Appropriate security clearance.
