  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage users, permissions, endpoints, and organizational systems
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, and SSO
  • Manage equipment, vendors, and IT processes
  • Lead the organization’s information security function
  • Manage ISO 27001 and SOC 2 activities, risk assessments, and controls
  • Respond to information security incidents
  • Manage vulnerabilities and endpoint security
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Professional experience in information security
