Lead cross-organizational governance, risk, compliance, and information security projects for an organization in Central Israel.

תחומי אחריות

  • Lead GRC and information security projects and processes
  • Manage third-party and supply-chain risk assessments and controls
  • Coordinate penetration testing and periodic controls, track remediation, and close identified gaps
  • Track internal and external audit findings and manage remediation plans through closure
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to address and formally close findings
  • Validate procedures, controls, and work processes against regulatory and business requirements
  • Write and maintain information security, cybersecurity, and compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with audit, regulatory, information security, IT, and business teams

דרישות

  • At least two years of GRC experience in a financial company or consulting firm
  • Experience leading cross-organizational processes and projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Bank of Israel directives, financial regulations, and relevant compliance requirements
  • Strong task management, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
