Senior Construction Project Manager

Lead complex, large-scale construction projects supporting advanced manufacturing facilities. This is a full-time, on-site temporary assignment for 36 months in Kiryat-Gat, Israel.

- Lead and deliver complex construction projects throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and change control.
- Coordinate construction activities, teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Drive decisions and execution in a complex, matrixed environment.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in construction management, project management, or an equivalent role.
- Experience with large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 or a comparable scheduling platform.
- Knowledge of contract management, schedule and budget development, change control, and construction methods.
יתרון
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in semiconductor construction or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of prefabrication, preassembly, and modularization methodologies.
- Experience with 3D modeling, BIM, P&ID, and specification documents.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders in matrixed environments.
