A construction technology company seeks an experienced BIM Consultant to lead multidisciplinary model coordination and integrate digital QA/QC workflows on complex construction and infrastructure projects. - Lead multidisciplinary BIM model coordination and maintain project standards, LOD requirements, and data consistency.
- Integrate digital QA/QC tracking and validation workflows into BIM coordination processes.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams to identify clashes and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Provide on-site BIM guidance, hands-on training, troubleshooting, and stakeholder adoption support.
- Improve standard operating procedures, modeling templates, and QA/QC documentation.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a BIM-focused role within construction, infrastructure, or engineering.
- Advanced proficiency with BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Experience with multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination workflows.
- Strong understanding of interfaces between structural, MEP, architectural, and civil or infrastructure elements.
- Practical knowledge of construction QA/QC methods, site inspection workflows, and project controls.
- Native or fluent Hebrew and professional-level English.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

- Formal BIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional, BRE, or buildingSMART.
- Experience integrating cloud-based Common Data Environments or field-management software on active job sites.
- Experience with major infrastructure, transit, or complex commercial construction projects.
