- Develop end-to-end product and growth initiatives to sustainably increase revenue
- Drive go-to-market strategies and optimize performance against clear KPIs
- Collaborate closely with tech, editorial, and business teams to build market-ready solutions
- Evaluate initiatives based on data and decide on scaling, pivoting, or stopping
- Identify new business areas, e.g., in the startup and tech ecosystem, to leverage innovation potential
דרישות
- Proven experience in building and scaling digital products or ventures, from conception to ongoing operations
- Ability to seamlessly switch between strategic analysis (business cases, market assessments) and operational execution (product development, GTM)
- Experience working with tech and editorial teams, with a strong sense of user and revenue potential in the digital media environment
- Concise, decision-oriented communication with the ability to make complexity understandable
- High level of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and willingness to drive things forward even with incomplete information
