- Develop product vision, target state, and roadmaps for cloud and developer platforms
- Structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into implementation steps
- Define deliverables, acceptance criteria, and handover or acceptance foundations
- Ensure the platform delivers value for its users
- Prepare architecture decisions with customers, engineers, and specialists
- Create and coordinate initial architecture, operations, and security concepts
- Moderate workshops, refinements, and business-technical alignment sessions
- Support technical concepts for bids and tenders when required
דרישות
- Completed IT-related degree or vocational training
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Enterprise or Solution Architect, Engagement Manager, or in a comparable role
- Understanding of cloud transformation, private cloud, or internal developer platforms
- Broad understanding of compute, networking, storage, IAM, and security architectures
- Ability to quickly understand and structure complex topics
- Strong communication, moderation, and conceptual skills
- Very good German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany, averaging no more than three days per month
- Willingness to undergo SÜ1 or SÜ2 security screening under the German Security Checks Act
- Working knowledge of several areas including private, hybrid, or sovereign cloud; Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher; platform engineering; CI/CD; GitOps; infrastructure as code; IAM; security; observability; DevOps; SRE; and modern operating models

- Experience working with public authorities or regulated organizations
- Knowledge of BSI, ISO 27001, C5, or similar security standards
- Experience with tenders and architecture, operations, or security concepts
