Own the development and commercial scaling of technology-enabled fleet logistics services, from customer discovery and operating-model design through pilots, rollout, and recurring revenue. Work across customers, Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering in a hands-on, field-oriented role.

- Lead customer discovery and select fleet logistics opportunities to pursue.
- Design complete service products spanning customer promises, workflows, SOPs, SLAs, supply models, quality controls, and exception handling.
- Build business cases covering pricing, unit economics, contribution margin, and scale requirements.
- Translate customer and operational needs into technology requirements with Product and Engineering.
- Lead customer pilots and make go, change, or stop decisions.
- Convert successful pilots into repeatable, multi-market rollout models for Operations.
- Support customer conversations, proposals, and launches through conversion to recurring revenue.
- Own service product portfolio prioritization and performance across markets.
- Lead and develop an existing Service Designer while remaining hands-on.
- Drive growth in new-service GMV, service quality, operational scalability, and expansion across markets.

- Experience taking an operations-heavy B2B service, product, or business line from customer problem to commercial scale.
- Experience building and launching complex services or operational products end to end.
- Ability to lead customer discovery, challenge assumptions, support commercial negotiations, and engage credibly with customers.
- Ability to design operating models, SOPs, service levels, supply structures, quality controls, and exception flows.
- Strong understanding of pricing, unit economics, contribution margins, and revenue.
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear technology requirements and priorities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work closely with customers, partners, and operating teams across EU markets; the role is not fully remote or desk-only.
- Based in the EU, preferably Germany.

- German language skills.
