Responsible for holistic product development from concept to market-ready prototypes. Define product and market requirements, create specifications, and coordinate with internal teams. Develop product strategy and USPs in close collaboration with business development and sales.

- Develop product and market requirements and create specifications in collaboration with business development
- Take holistic responsibility for product development from concept to market-ready prototypes, working closely with internal partners such as manufacturing, engineering, and procurement
- Develop market-oriented adjustments and further developments of existing products
- Document project progress along the product development process using APQP system
- Collaborate closely with business development and sales to standardize and implement product strategy
- Develop effective customer promises (USPs) for product positioning and prepare technical product information for sales and marketing
- Support the creation of sales budgets by coordinating necessary measures
- Regularly create reports and monitor development budgets
דרישות
- Completed degree in engineering or natural sciences (preferably in technical textiles) or comparable qualification
- Good project management skills
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications
