Senior Game Designer – Systems & Economy

Own the end-to-end design of a live free-to-play mobile game, including economy, progression, monetization, and LiveOps. Work autonomously with a small cross-functional team and use player data to guide decisions.

- Design, balance, and maintain currencies, sources, sinks, progression systems, and event economies
- Own free-to-play monetization, including in-app purchases, offers, advertising placements, pricing, and conversion optimization
- Build economy models using spreadsheets and simulation tools
- Analyze player data in BigQuery to identify and resolve experience issues
- Plan and balance LiveOps events, limited-time offers, and seasonal content
- Pitch features and collaborate directly with developers and artists
- Take end-to-end accountability for game design results
דרישות
- At least 3 years of game design experience on a shipped, live free-to-play mobile game
- Strong economy design skills, including progression modeling and balancing
- Experience designing in-app purchase offers, pricing, advertising strategy, or conversion funnels
- Deep familiarity with idle tycoon, coin looter, or auto-battle games
- Comfort using retention, ARPDAU, LTV, and conversion data to guide decisions
- Fluent English
- Self-directed approach with the ability to set direction and own outcomes
