- Own a core product area and define its direction, user experience, and business outcomes
- Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmaps while balancing customer, commercial, and technical priorities
- Translate product requirements into actionable work and guide initiatives through delivery
- Conduct user research, analyze product data, and incorporate customer feedback
- Define success metrics, build dashboards, and evaluate product initiative performance
- Identify user experience and product-market-fit gaps and develop practical solutions
- Create product documentation, user guides, and communication materials
- Champion experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement
דרישות
- 3–5 years of professional product management experience
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives
- Track record of owning products or features and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong product management fundamentals, including strategy, roadmaps, experimentation, prioritization, documentation, and outcome measurement
- Ability to solve complex user problems and make independent decisions in ambiguous situations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Based in Canada and comfortable working fully remotely
