- Define and execute retail investment acquisition strategies across branches, digital channels, and partner journeys
- Lead seasonal campaigns, always-on growth programs, offers, and customer value propositions
- Own acquisition outcomes including sales growth, account openings, funded accounts, customer acquisition, and investment penetration
- Design and optimize end-to-end investment acquisition, onboarding, and entry-point journeys
- Identify customer friction, conversion opportunities, growth segments, and channel improvements
- Drive investment cross-sell and coordinated customer journeys across retail banking, investment, wealth, marketing, sales, digital, and analytics partners
- Establish measurement frameworks, forecasts, growth plans, and success metrics
- Monitor performance and present executive-level insights and corrective recommendations
- Ensure campaigns, offers, and acquisition programs meet regulatory, risk, operational, governance, and compliance requirements
דרישות
- Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience developing growth, acquisition, marketing, sales, product, or customer strategies in financial services
- Understanding of retail investments, wealth management, customer growth, sales channels, and digital customer journeys
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to turn customer insights and performance data into strategic recommendations
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and influence partners without direct authority
