Responsabilidades
- Own the technical direction and architecture of the identification ecosystem
- Define technical and operational standards across readers, connectivity, data pipelines, integrations, and applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary technical teams across hardware, firmware, cloud, and software domains
- Coordinate delivery with product leadership and align technical decisions with business objectives
- Establish secure device-cloud interfaces, provisioning, firmware update, and device management strategies
- Ensure production systems meet reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security expectations
- Guide monitoring, service-level management, incident response, and post-incident reviews
- Promote technical excellence, continuous learning, innovation, and collaborative delivery
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience leading end-to-end device-to-cloud systems and data-driven products involving reader devices or IoT hardware, connectivity, backend services, and user applications
- Strong knowledge of data architectures, event-driven pipelines, messaging systems, and REST/HTTP APIs
- Experience defining device-cloud interfaces, secure provisioning, over-the-air firmware updates, and device management at scale
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across hardware, firmware, cloud, and application domains
- Knowledge of production operations, including monitoring, service-level agreements, incident management, and post-incident reviews
- Understanding of security practices for device and cloud ecosystems, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and key management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated delivery of production-grade systems with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and scalability
