Lead technical solution design and project support for utility-scale energy storage systems, from tendering and grid integration through delivery and operations.
Responsabilidades
- Design and optimize utility-scale energy storage solutions for grid-side, generation-side, and standalone or shared applications
- Develop integrated solutions spanning PCS, EMS, BMS, and substation systems
- Lead technical support for large-scale project tenders, including equipment selection, system topology, and deviation analysis
- Evaluate system integration options and conduct electrical calculations and simulations for storage applications
- Support project execution from design through construction, delivery, and operations
- Resolve electrical interface, communications, and grid-integration issues
- Track regional policies and market conditions and contribute to technical reports and roadmaps
- Develop technical guidelines, FAQs, and delivery and acceptance procedures
- Train sales and project teams and support project-level cost estimation and pricing
- Benchmark competitors and provide analysis to inform product development
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in power systems, electrical engineering, high-voltage engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the energy storage industry
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary electrical design for energy storage systems
- Familiarity with protection systems, grid-compliance testing, and SCADA or communication protocols
- Strong technical writing skills for proposals and reports

- Experience supporting utility-scale energy storage projects of 50 MWh or more
- Familiarity with PSCAD or ETAP simulation tools
