Lead field integration, operational safety, industrialization, and technical qualification of a full-scale renewable energy storage prototype at an Israeli R&D and test facility. The role reports to the CTO and includes a six-month milestone-based probationary period.
Responsabilidades
- Lead mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical integration of the prototype
- Supervise formwork, shoring, and on-site pouring of the 20-ton concrete ballast
- Coordinate civil, concrete, mechanical, and PLC automation subcontractors and vendors
- Verify assembly against CAD drawings and technical specifications
- Prepare testing protocols, operating procedures, risk assessments, emergency procedures, and site safety plans
- Oversee safety during pressure-equipment testing and concrete pouring under structural loads
- Ensure compliance with Israeli workplace safety requirements
- Lead pressure ramp-up testing and technical acceptance
- Supervise charge and discharge cycles and validate the prototype’s initial 20 kW net output
- Coordinate qualification, operational validation, commissioning, and end-to-end technical acceptance
Requisitos
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Engineering
- Five to ten years of experience in complex industrial project management, test benches, or prototype integration
- Experience coordinating civil, concrete, mechanical, hydraulic, and automation work
- Knowledge of machinery risk assessment, occupational safety, and pressure equipment regulations
- Ability to review CAD drawings and validate field integration
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew, English, and French
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong technical rigor and a safety-first mindset
