Lead the system-level development of electronic steering antenna products, coordinating architecture, requirements, integration, testing, and R&D delivery across the full product lifecycle.
Responsabilidades
- Manage R&D projects, including planning and monitoring activities.
- Own system-level architecture for complex systems.
- Define and maintain system, software, and hardware specifications and requirements.
- Lead customer-facing technical activities, design reviews, acceptance testing, and system assimilation.
- Participate in integration and proof-of-design phases.
- Lead electronic steering antenna development throughout the system lifecycle.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in mmWave antenna design and RF engineering.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, RF engineering, or a related field.
- Experience writing requirements and specification documents in English.
- Experience with system integration and testing.
- Ability to coordinate technical activities with customers, including design reviews, acceptance testing, and system assimilation.
- Strong collaboration, self-learning, flexibility, and matrix-management skills.
Se valora
- Experience with SATCOM systems.
- M.Sc. or advanced degree in systems engineering.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
