A defense-sector employer is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own systems throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with software development teams across multiple Agile projects.
Responsabilidades
- Own a system or subsystem throughout its lifecycle.
- Define requirements, develop engineering designs, and plan system solutions.
- Resolve complex technical and engineering problems within projects.
- Lead systems or projects from requirements through implementation.
- Lead engineering reviews and collaborate with customers when required.
- Provide engineering leadership to development teams.
- Coordinate with managers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Manage priorities and tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
- Work within an Agile environment using Azure DevOps.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Approximately four years of systems engineering experience.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Experience leading a system or project end to end.
- Strong orientation toward software projects and software engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and accountability for systems and tasks.
Se valora
- Defense industry experience or a background in a technological military unit, particularly Unit 9900.
- Relevant military experience may be considered when academic qualifications do not fully meet the requirements.
