Responsabilidades
- Lead customer and prospect meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical sales support
- Manage and write proposals from requirements analysis and bid/no-bid decisions through solution design, integration, costing, risk analysis, and customer presentation
- Develop detailed system concepts, block diagrams, and proposal documentation
- Define product strategy, business-unit roadmaps, market requirements documents, and product requirements documents
- Prioritize product features and justify roadmap decisions
- Perform link budget analysis
- Coordinate with technical specialists, subcontractors, solution partners, sales, finance, operations, and executive leadership
- Maintain proposal-generation processes, tools, and templates
- Track relevant portfolio developments and emerging technologies
- Coach sales associates on product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience leading presales or product management processes for multidisciplinary proposals
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, combined with education and experience in complex systems
- Knowledge and experience in satellite communications
- Strong technology, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer requirements, formulate solution value propositions, and identify market differentiators
