Responsabilidades
- Participate in large MES implementation projects for Israeli customers
- Understand assigned workstreams, project tasks, and their relationship to the overall solution
- Configure and implement end-to-end MES solutions
- Integrate MES with ERP, CRM, PLM, and surrounding production and quality systems
- Perform testing, data migration, production support, and post-production support
- Deliver training, user guides, coaching, and other knowledge-transfer activities
- Document solutions and contribute to standard methodologies and the knowledge base
- Act as a technical advisor and implement customer requirements for production, quality, and compliance management
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, project managers, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders
Requisitos
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems, including MES concepts, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience configuring MES systems against internal or external requirements
- Knowledge of product data, change, and configuration management
- Ability to integrate MES with ERP, CRM, PLM, and other enterprise systems
- Knowledge of integration patterns, middleware, and data synchronization
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems analytically
- Experience working with multifunctional agile teams
- Very good English in business and technical contexts
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
