Lead IT infrastructure, security, systems integration, and support operations across multiple companies and sites. The role combines team leadership, vendor management, project delivery, and hands-on resolution of complex issues.
Responsabilidades
- Own IT infrastructure across multiple companies and sites
- Manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Manage LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewalls, virtualization, storage, and backup environments
- Lead information security activities including EDR, access controls, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and cyber-incident response
- Manage backup and disaster-recovery operations, with emphasis on Veeam
- Lead integrations between WMS/ERP systems and operational equipment and systems
- Work with APIs, TCP/IP, JSON/XML, databases, and industrial or logistics equipment
- Manage support teams and technicians while providing hands-on assistance for complex issues
- Lead projects and manage vendors, budgets, procurement, and SLAs
- Collaborate with management, operations, sites, and domestic and international suppliers
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of IT infrastructure experience in a medium-sized or large organization
- At least 3 years managing infrastructure or support teams
- Strong practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and Cisco equipment
- Experience with information security, EDR, system hardening, and access management
- Experience with virtualization and enterprise backup systems
- Strong troubleshooting and complex incident-resolution skills
- Experience managing vendors and leading projects
- Very good technical English
- Willingness to work hands-on and be available during exceptional incidents
