Join a semiconductor connectivity company as a trusted technical advisor to cloud service providers and server and networking OEMs. Lead customer solution design, product integration, system bring-up, and technical collaboration with internal engineering teams.
Responsabilidades
- Identify customer requirements and propose connectivity solutions with clear customer value.
- Provide hands-on design-in and technical integration support.
- Advise cloud service providers and server and network OEMs on product applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into product roadmap improvements.
- Lead customer system bring-up, debugging, and lab validation.
- Create integration scripts and example code for customers.
- Build and configure test setups based on customer systems and requirements.
- Lead technical teams as a player-coach and help hire and develop team members.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field.
- At least 8 years of experience designing in complex SoC or silicon products for cloud service providers and server OEM customers in server, storage, or networking applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of high-speed protocols including PCIe, Ethernet, InfiniBand, DDR, NVMe, and USB.
- Experience with silicon or system bring-up and debugging in customer systems.
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as protocol analyzers and oscilloscopes.
- Strong understanding of high-speed board design and data center systems, including servers, JBODs, networking switches, and routers.
- Firmware debugging and C programming experience, plus scripting with Python or an equivalent language.
- Ability to write scripts and example code that help customers integrate products into their environments.
- Ability to review board schematics and layout files and build setups based on customer requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and global internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
Se valora
- Experience supporting PCIe or Ethernet switch products.
- Knowledge of simulation, modeling, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools such as Cadence or Altium.
- Experience with Keysight ADS, MathWorks tools, or comparable IBIS-AMI simulation tools.
- A master’s degree in engineering.
