Join an automotive technology company as a senior customer-facing engineer supporting ADAS and autonomous driving solutions. Own technical engagements with automotive manufacturers, investigate system issues, guide integrations, and translate customer insights into product requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as a technical authority for driving functions, ADAS, and autonomous vehicle solutions in customer engagements.
- Own end-to-end technical engagements, including system analysis, issue investigation, solution definition, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with algorithm, product, research and development, and program teams to resolve customer issues.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and real-world insights, translating them into technical requirements and product inputs.
- Lead software version integration, validation, and delivery for customer use cases.
- Support collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Improve technical processes and workflows across teams.
- Conduct technical workshops, test drives, system tuning sessions, and on-site customer support.
- Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with automotive manufacturers.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as customer engineering, systems engineering, field engineering, or solutions engineering.
- Ability to analyze complex algorithms, systems, and software behavior.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
