An international defense technology company is seeking a junior systems engineer for its naval systems team in Rehovot. The role supports development and integration of advanced naval platforms, unmanned vessels, and marine sensors.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development and validation of complex multidisciplinary systems from solution definition through detailed design, laboratory testing, and customer delivery.
- Own a specific system capability, translate it into clear software requirements, and support it throughout development.
- Work with QA and development teams in the laboratory to verify implementations, support debugging, and resolve issues.
- Manage end-to-end validation from requirements and development through laboratory verification and field integration.
- Participate in integration activities and testing at company and customer sites in Israel and abroad.
Requisitos
- Relevant engineering degree.
- Experience in systems engineering or developing complex multidisciplinary systems with significant software and integration aspects.
- Experience writing software requirements and supporting development through verification and integration, including FRS and software ICDs.
- Experience with QA, laboratory testing, and debugging in multidisciplinary environments.
- Experience designing and developing C++ and object-oriented systems.
- Ability to learn and analyze complex topics quickly while maintaining a broad system-level perspective.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the ability to motivate colleagues.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
