Configure a construction intelligence platform to meet client project needs. Set up digital twins, resolve configuration issues, support project teams, and maintain projects throughout their lifecycle.
Responsabilidades
- Configure the product to meet client needs using the configuration system.
- Set up digital twins for new projects in the platform.
- Resolve technical configuration issues.
- Work with project managers and customer success teams to support projects and clients.
- Maintain projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Help develop internal team tools and workflows with product and development teams.
Requisitos
- Be a fourth-year B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or Civil Engineering, or have graduated in the past year.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Available to start immediately.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate issues clearly.
- Proactive, adaptable, and effective at problem-solving.
